The account from which the publication was posted apparently belongs to interviewer Chris Brummer.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Chris Brummer and Bill Hinman on Crypto Assets\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AKoNpc0ihDE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abWith all the above objections and after a reasonable investigation, it can be concluded that the information currently available is insufficient for the Commission to confirm or deny this request,\u00bb said the regulator\u2019s representatives.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According to Ripple\u2019s lawyers\u2019 motion of May 18, the Commission did not respond at all to 53 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/rules\/frcp\/rule_36\"><span data-descr=\"Requests for Admission; requests for disclosure\" class=\"old_tooltip\">RFA<\/span><\/a> on issues that are important to advancing the case.
