A copy of the conclusion is in ForkLog&#8217;s possession.<\/p>\n<p>The department believes that adopting the document will spur transparency in the turnover of digital assets, enable taking into account &#8216;their special economic and legal nature&#8217; in taxation matters, and provide additional revenue to the budget.<\/p>\n<p>The document <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/taxes-on-digital-assets-in-russia-what-owners-and-token-issuers-would-be-required-to-pay\">explains<\/a> the VAT features for transactions involving the sale of digital assets, corporate income tax, and personal income tax regarding profits and incomes of taxpayers from the sale of digital assets.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in April, the bill <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bill-on-taxes-for-digital-assets-submitted-to-the-state-duma\">was submitted to the State Duma<\/a> on April 14.
