This was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbr.ru\/press\/event\/?id=12824\">\u0437\u0430\u044f\u0432\u0438\u043b\u0430<\/a> the head of the Bank of Russia, Elvira Nabiullina.<\/p>\n<p>According to her, financial institutions are currently completing the preparation of their IT systems.<\/p>\n<p>The prototype launch of the platform <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.io\/tsb-rf-prototip-platformy-tsifrovogo-rublya-gotov\/\">\u0441\u043e\u0441\u0442\u043e\u044f\u043b\u0441\u044f<\/a> in January 2022 with the participation of five banks. Together with the regulator, they tested the issuance of digital rubles, opening of digital wallets, as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.io\/tsb-rf-otchitalsya-o-pervyh-perevodah-v-tsifrovyh-rublyah-mezhdu-grazhdanami\/\">\u043f\u0435\u0440\u0435\u0432\u043e\u0434\u044b \u043c\u0435\u0436\u0434\u0443 \u0433\u0440\u0430\u0436\u0434\u0430\u043d\u0430\u043c\u0438<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In total, the new instrument will be tested by <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.io\/tsb-rf-nazval-12-bankov-kotorye-pervymi-protestiruyut-tsifrovoj-rubl\/\">12 \u0431\u0430\u043d\u043a\u043e\u0432<\/a> \u2014 Sberbank, VTB, Gazprombank, Alfa-Bank, Dom.RF, Rosbank, Promsvyazbank, Tinkoff Bank, SKB Bank, Ak Bars Bank, Transkapitalbank and Soyuz.<\/p>\n<p>The second stage of platform testing is expected <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.io\/v-tsb-rasskazali-o-vtorom-etape-testirovaniya-tsifrovogo-rublya\/\" title=\"\u043e\u0441\u0435\u043d\u044c\u044e 2022 \u0433\u043e\u0434\u0430\">\u043e\u0441\u0435\u043d\u044c\u044e 2022 \u0433\u043e\u0434\u0430<\/a>. It involves conducting operations for payments of goods and services, as well as government payments.
