He doubted that history would repeat itself\u2014one of the postulates of technical analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Bitcoin reached <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bitcoin-price-hits-all-time-high-at-69000\">an all-time high of $69 000<\/a> in November 2021.
