As of March 16, the market-cap-weighted portfolio based on the instrument included:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cardano (ADA) \u2014 24.63%;<\/li>\n<li>Solana (SOL) \u2014 24.27%;<\/li>\n<li>Avalanche (AVAX) \u2014 16.96%;<\/li>\n<li>Polkadot (DOT) \u2014 16.16%;<\/li>\n<li>Polygon (MATIC) \u2014 9.65%;<\/li>\n<li>Algorand (ALGO) \u2014 4.27%;<\/li>\n<li>Stellar (XLM) \u2014 4.06%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;The appeal of GSCPxE lies in the fact that investors do not have to pick a single winner; instead they can gain exposure to the ecosystem\u2019s development through a single investment vehicle,&#8221; said Grayscale CEO Michael Sonnenschein.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The new Grayscale fund is open for subscription to qualified private and accredited institutional investors.<\/p>\n<p>Jodi Ganzberg, managing director of CoinDesk Indices, emphasised that the index does not include Ethereum.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Many investors have put money into ETH, given the explosive growth over the past year, so there is now demand for the rest of the smart-contract platform sector,&#8221; she added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As of March 21, assets in the Ethereum-based trust exceeded $9 billion,
