{"id":58081,"date":"2022-02-18T15:41:42","date_gmt":"2022-02-18T13:41:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/?p=58081"},"modified":"2025-09-04T14:55:21","modified_gmt":"2025-09-04T11:55:21","slug":"russian-finance-ministry-launches-public-consultation-on-two-cryptocurrency-bills","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/russian-finance-ministry-launches-public-consultation-on-two-cryptocurrency-bills\/","title":{"rendered":"Russian Finance Ministry launches public consultation on two cryptocurrency bills"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Russian Finance Ministry has launched a public consultation on two bills regulating the circulation of cryptocurrencies in Russia.<\/p>\n<p>The first \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/regulation.gov.ru\/projects#npa=125083\">\u201cOn Digital Currency\u201d<\/a> \u2014 is aimed at creating a regulatory framework for activities related to the execution of operations with digital currencies and their issuance.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/regulation.gov.ru\/projects#npa=125084\">The second<\/a> would amend certain statutory acts if the \u201cOn Digital Currency\u201d bill is adopted.<\/p>\n<p>The consultations will run until March 18.
