Digital gold slid in price as soon as a narrative of tighter monetary policy from the <span data-descr=\"Federal Reserve System\" class=\"old_tooltip\">\u0424\u0420\u0421<\/span> emerged. The rest of the crypto market now also tracks tech stocks more closely.<\/p>\n<p>However, Farrell says Bitcoin&#8217;s dominance over altcoins remains unshaken. The BTC price, despite a &#8216;rocky start&#8217; in early 2022, could ultimately reach $200,000.<\/p>\n<p>In the <span data-descr=\"Fundstrat division led by analyst Tom Lee\" class=\"old_tooltip\">FSInsight<\/span> report, Ethereum is undervalued \u2014 the second-largest cryptocurrency could reach $12,000 this year.<\/p>\n<p>The analyst remains upbeat about Ethereum&#8217;s transition to the <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/proof-of-stake-how-it-works-and-why-it-is-so-popular\">Proof-of-Stake<\/a> consensus.
