This was <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/cz_binance\/status\/1489545612718579715\">reported<\/a> by the exchange&#8217;s CEO, Changpeng Zhao.<\/p>\n<p>He said that recently there has been an uptick in phishing messages to the platform&#8217;s clients, informing them about withdrawal requests from the exchange.<\/p>\n<p>The SMS contains a phishing link allegedly to cancel the withdrawal request. Through it, attackers collect data.<\/p>\n<p>The head of Binance did not disclose whether there were any victims or how many.<\/p>\n<p>Zhao urged users never to click links in messages and to always verify the exchange&#8217;s URL.<\/p>\n<p>Binance representatives declined to comment further.<\/p>\n<p>Back in January, Zhao spoke <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/cz-argues-that-cryptocurrencies-are-essential-for-dynamic-economic-growth\">a series of attacks on Binance customers<\/a>. As part of blockchain monitoring, the security service froze the suspicious activity.
