Data: The Block.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>More than half (61.4%) of the figure was accounted for by the OpenSea NFT marketplace \u2014 $4.21 billion. On January 17, the platform <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/opensea-nft-marketplace-trading-volume-tops-3-5-billion-since-start-of-january\">surpassed $3.5 billion<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Second place went to LooksRare, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/developers-launch-nft-marketplace-looksrare-via-a-vampire-attack-on-opensea\">launched on January 10 using the so-called &#8216;vampire attack&#8217;<\/a>. The developers distributed the native token LOOKS among OpenSea users.<\/p>\n<p>Compared with December, NFT trading volume in January rose by 157%.
