This would allow an assessment of how the elements of the cryptocurrency market infrastructure operate under state oversight, Khairullin said.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Anatoly Aksakov, head of the State Duma committee on the financial market, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/state-duma-does-not-rule-out-experimental-legalization-of-bitcoin\">said<\/a> that legalising crypto assets could be done within the framework of the law on experimental legal regimes.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>On 20 January, the Bank of Russia presented a report that proposed <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bank-of-russia-proposes-ban-on-issuance-circulation-and-mining-of-cryptocurrencies-in-russia\">to limit the circulation of cryptocurrencies and mining within the territory of the Russian Federation<\/a>. Such a position <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/duma-members-warn-that-the-central-banks-stance-on-cryptocurrencies-risks-turning-russia-into-a-laughing-stock\">was not supported<\/a> by the government, the State Duma and security agencies.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>According to Andrey Lugovoy, deputy chairman of the State Duma committee on security and anti-corruption, all members of the working group devoted to cryptocurrencies, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/duma-deputy-says-fsb-pressure-on-the-bank-of-russia-is-a-fabrication-outlines-concept-for-regulating-the-crypto-market\">advocate regulation<\/a>, rather than a ban.
