The proposal will be debated and, quite possibly, implemented,\u00bb stressed Aksakov.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>At the same time, this year, under the Law on <span data-descr=\"digital financial assets\" class=\"old_tooltip\">DFA<\/span>, the issuance of the first secured digital assets is expected. According to the official, this is an alternative path for the development of the crypto market in Russia, which does not worry the central bank and does not create risks for citizens and entities.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Anatoly Aksakov said that the fate of mining and bitcoin exchangers in Russia requires discussion, but their legalization could bring <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/aksakov-russias-mining-fate-and-bitcoin-exchanges-require-debate\">positive changes<\/a> to the country&#8217;s economy.
