As reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interfax.ru\/business\/810417\">\u00ab\u0418\u043d\u0442\u0435\u0440\u0444\u0430\u043a\u0441\u00bb<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Bank of Russia will begin testing operations with the digital currency as part of the pilot&#8217;s first phase with 12 banks in January, Skorobogatova added. As <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bank-of-russia-names-12-banks-to-be-first-to-test-the-digital-ruble\">was reported<\/a> in June, the first participants in the test will be Sberbank, Tinkoff Bank, VTB, Rosbank, Promsvyazbank, Alfa-Bank, Gazprombank, Ak Bars Bank, Bank &#8220;DOM.RF&#8221;, SKB Bank, Bank &#8220;Soyuz&#8221; and TKB Bank.<\/p>\n<p>In October 2020, the Bank of Russia presented a report dedicated to the launch of the digital ruble.
