The latter <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/former-ant-group-and-uber-executive-named-president-of-binance-us\">led<\/a> the division in September 2021.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cBinance.US deeply committed to compliance with regulatory rules, and our priority is to sustain and develop the organization for compliance and risk management,\u201d Majalya said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Previously, he led divisions at Oracle and Uber. Since 2019, he has served as vice president for legal affairs and director of compliance at Intel.<\/p>\n<p>In April<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/brian-brooks-to-lead-binance-us-unit\"> Binance.US hired as CEO<\/a> the former head of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency within the U.S. Treasury, Brian Brooks. In July<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/brian-brooks-resigns-as-binance-us-chief-executive-after-three-months\"> he left the company<\/a>, citing &#8216;different views on the strategic direction of development&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Media later reported on the clash between Brooks and Binance chief Changpeng Zhao.
