During the proceedings, the CNIL identified two <span data-descr=\"EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)\" class=\"old_tooltip\">GDPR<\/span> violations:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>unauthorized collection and processing of biometric data;<\/li>\n<li>the company&#8217;s failure to comply with citizens&#8217; requests to delete personal information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The CNIL chair ordered Clearview AI to comply with the commission&#8217;s demands within two months.
