With such a statement he <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/head-of-russias-investigative-committee-calls-to-classify-bitcoin-as-property\">advocated<\/a> last year.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p>\u201cThe absence of such norms can hinder the qualification of acts and create uncertainty in the judicial consideration of the criminal case.
