The companies will form joint ventures to develop <span data-descr=\"non-fungible tokens\" class=\"old_tooltip\">NFT<\/span> and other products.<\/p>\n<p>Earnity is led by Domenic Carosa, founder of the Banxa Holdings payments system and cofounder of the crypto-focused investment fund Apollo Capital. The platform, intended to democratis[e] access to digital assets, is planned to launch in early 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The Ault Global Holdings board approved BitNile <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bitnile-to-raise-140-million-to-buy-16000-asic-miners\">a capital increase of $140 million<\/a>.
