He warned investors against buying such assets.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p>\u201cI am a fan of blockchain, but there is a lot of junk there, a lot of crappy coins that serve no purpose other than to separate people from their money,\u201d Belfort said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He also expressed confidence that regulation would benefit &#8216;blue chips&#8217;, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/the-wolf-of-wall-street-explains-the-benefits-of-regulating-bitcoin\">Similar view<\/a> the former broker said in July.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p>\u201cI expect that someone will be charged eventually. \u2026 The sooner the government intervenes, the better for cryptocurrency,\u201d Belfort said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Earlier, former NSA and CIA employee Edward Snowden urged his followers on Twitter <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/edward-snowden-warns-followers-against-investing-in-shiba-inu\">to refrain from buying Shiba Inu<\/a>. Later he explained that such tokens do not appeal to him <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/snowden-explains-his-negative-stance-on-meme-tokens\">because of a poor sense of humour<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of October Shiba Inu <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/meme-cryptocurrency-shiba-inu-hits-fresh-high-and-enters-the-top-10-by-market-capitalization\">entered the top ten crypto assets<\/a> by market capitalization at $32.6 billion. On 30 November its price <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/shiba-inu-price-climbs-25-after-kraken-listing-announcement\">rose by 25%<\/a> after Kraken announced listing.<\/p>\n<p>According to analysts, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/dogecoin-tops-bitcoin-and-ethereum-in-us-search-queries\">Dogecoin proved to be a popular cryptocurrency<\/a> in search queries across 23 U.S. states.<\/p>\n<p>Back in March, Belfort admitted that <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/jordan-belfort-i-was-wrong-about-bitcoin-the-asset-could-reach-100000\">he was wrong about Bitcoin<\/a>.
