The Ministry of Energy said, <a href=\"https:\/\/rg.ru\/2021\/11\/29\/reg-sibfo\/v-minenergo-dopustili-rost-tarifov-na-elektroenergiiu-dlia-majnerov.html\">\u043f\u0438\u0448\u0435\u0442<\/a> \u00ab\u0420\u043e\u0441\u0441\u0438\u0439\u0441\u043a\u0430\u044f \u0433\u0430\u0437\u0435\u0442\u0430\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>The ministry clarified that the legislation distinguishes electricity consumption by citizens for their own domestic needs and for purposes of carrying out entrepreneurial activity.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the business tariff may apply not only to large sites, but also to private individuals mining cryptocurrencies for profit.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe existing norms do not exclude the possibility of identifying consumption in a dwelling for commercial activity and billing such a consumer at prices set for entrepreneurial entities,\u201d the ministry added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Earlier, the governor of Irkutsk Oblast, Igor Kobzev, expressed readiness to provide <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/irkutsk-governor-proposes-sites-for-industrial-mining\">sites for industrial mining<\/a>.
