{"id":53771,"date":"2021-11-30T10:15:11","date_gmt":"2021-11-30T08:15:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/?p=53771"},"modified":"2025-09-03T16:52:00","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T13:52:00","slug":"kelly-strategic-management-files-to-launch-ethereum-futures-etf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/kelly-strategic-management-files-to-launch-ethereum-futures-etf\/","title":{"rendered":"Kelly Strategic Management files to launch Ethereum futures ETF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The investment firm Kelly Strategic Management <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/0001873280\/000089418921008363\/kellyethereumfuturesetf485.htm\">has filed<\/a> with the <span data-descr=\"U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission\" class=\"old_tooltip\">SEC<\/span> to register an Ethereum futures ETF.<\/p>\n<p>The filing complies with the Securities Act of 1933 and the Investment Company Act of 1940.<\/p>\n<p>The Kelly Ethereum Ether Strategy ETF seeks to acquire <span data-descr=\"Chicago Mercantile Exchange\" class=\"old_tooltip\">CME<\/span> futures on the second-largest cryptocurrency.<\/p>\n<p>If the exchange reaches the 8,000-contract limit (each 50 ETH), the fund will switch to purchasing long-dated futures.
