They guarantee that digital transformations advance human rights and contribute to achieving the <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/sustainabledevelopment\/ru\/sustainable-development-goals\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\\\">Sustainable Development Goals<\/a>, addressing issues related to transparency, accountability and privacy in education, culture, work, health and the economy.<\/p>\n<p>The document contains recommendations such as:<\/p>\n<ul class=\\\"wp-block-list\\\">\n<li>data protection;<\/li>\n<li>ban on social scoring systems and mass surveillance;<\/li>\n<li>ensuring diversity and inclusion;<\/li>\n<li>transparency and accountability of algorithms;<\/li>\n<li>environmental protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>UNESCO stressed that new technologies such as artificial intelligence have proven their enormous capacity to deliver benefits.
