Accordingly, all of this needs to be discussed, analyzed, regulated legislatively and normatively.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>At present, mining in Russia is not prohibited, and its precise regulation is not laid down.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, representatives of several ministries <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/russian-authorities-back-plan-to-classify-mining-as-entrepreneurial-activity\">supported<\/a> the initiative to regulate mining as a form of entrepreneurial activity.
