The report comes from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.business-gazeta.ru\/article\/529881\">Business Online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Doronin said in a motion to the Moscow investigator that he is prepared to testify against his subordinates and affiliated persons.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cI am prepared to give incriminating testimony about the participants of the Finiko company who illegally attracted fiat funds (Russian rubles and US dollars),\u201d the document says.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According to Doronin, the 44 people named by him contravened the tenets of the profit-generation system and accepted cash from investors, which Doronin himself allegedly did not sanction.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cI have always been categorically against attracting fiat funds and have always (at meetings and gatherings) spoken in favor of banning fiat, only cryptocurrency transactions,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Among Doronin\u2019s list is former general director of the Kazan racetrack, Sergei Vasilenko, who, Doronin says, actively attracted money to the company. Vasilenko himself had previously denied taking part in the pyramid.<\/p>\n<p>The rest of the named individuals were divided into four groups:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201ctop leaders\u201d of Finiko, who shared Doronin\u2019s fate;<\/li>\n<li>new faces among the \u201cstars\u201d of Finiko;<\/li>\n<li>federal \u201cstars\u201d whom the investigation cannot reach;<\/li>\n<li>regional \u201cstars\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The first group includes <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/founder-of-the-finiko-pyramid-kirill-doronin-moved-to-moscow\">already detained<\/a> \u201cvice-presidents\u201d of the pyramid Ilgiz Shakirov, Dina Gabdullina and the \u201ctenth star\u201d Lilia Nurieva.<\/p>\n<p>The second group includes, among others, the \u201ctenth star\u201d Karim Siraev, who calls himself a former deputy of the local self-government in the Tukayevsky District of Tatarstan, a former serviceman, and now an entrepreneur, investor and business coach.<\/p>\n<p>The third group includes the stars who stood at the very top of the pyramid. On investor forums they are described as the \u201cfierce referral leaders.\u201d For example, the \u201cFirst Vice-President\u201d Andrei Galushchenko, and the most frequently mentioned by victims Tiffany (Anna Serikova). In this same group, the pyramid\u2019s vice-president from Ulan-Ude Baier Sambuev and the top leader from Almaty, Dana Batyrshina.<\/p>\n<p>The largest group \u2014 20 individuals \u2014 were the \u201creferral leaders\u201d who operated in separate regions across Russia. Among them are Natalia Kitsarskaya of Rostov-on-Don, Vladimir Bykadrov of Novosibirsk, Oleg Olhovsky of Krasnodar, networkers from Yekaterinburg Vladislav Gritsenko and Viktor Yandolin, previously not named in depositors\u2019 statements, and many others such as Darya Aleshina.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cFor each of the above individuals I am prepared to provide both incriminating testimony and additional evidence confirming the illegality of their actions,\u201d Doronin\u2019s motion states.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Lawyers hope that in exchange for such cooperation with the investigation their client could have his pre-trial detention conditions eased \u2014 ideally swapped from custody to house arrest.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, sources in the law-enforcement system cited by the publication suggest that the investigation is unlikely to take such a risky step. Moreover, Doronin\u2019s motion contains no admission of guilt, which prevents talking of genuine remorse.<\/p>\n<p>They also added that the list does not include the \u201ctechnical\u201d organizers who drafted the scheme, the key financiers responsible for moving money abroad, and, most importantly, the \u201cprotectors\u201d among criminals and the authorities.<\/p>\n<p>As reported, a criminal case has been opened against Finiko for <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/co-founders-of-finiko-the-financial-pyramid-have-left-russia-authorities-issue-a-wanted-notice\">fraud in a particularly large amount<\/a>. It is being handled by the Central Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with investigators from the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime.<\/p>\n<p>Co-founders Edward and Marat Sabirov, as well as Zygmunt Zygmuntowicz, have been placed on an <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/media-co-founders-of-the-finiko-pyramid-scheme-have-been-declared-internationally-wanted\">international warrant and arrested in absentia<\/a>. According to investigators, they left Russia via Belarus and may be located in the United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n<p>Aggregate losses from Finiko\u2019s activities, according to independent estimates, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/finiko-pyramid-suspends-payouts-and-demands-users-personal-data\">exceed $4 billion<\/a>.
