Its owner and operator, Anschutz Entertainment Group, will receive $700 million, according to Axios.<\/p>\n<p>A new logo for the arena will appear on December 25 during the Lakers&#8217; game against the Brooklyn Nets. All signage for the current Staples Center will be replaced by June 2022, ahead of the next season.<\/p>\n<p>Under the deal, Crypto.com will also work directly with the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Kings. The arena is expected to host cultural events.<\/p>\n<p>With a capacity of 20,000, the venue hosts award ceremonies such as the Grammys, as well as concerts, boxing matches and NBA All-Star games. According to Bloomberg, the arena hosts about 4 million visitors a year across more than 240 events.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in June 2021 Crypto.com signed sponsorship deals with <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/crypto-com-signs-five-year-sponsorship-deal-with-formula-one\">\u00abFormula One\u00bb<\/a> and separately with one of its partners, <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.crypto.com\/crypto-com-partners-with-aston-martin-cognizant-formula-one-team\/\">Aston Martin Cognizant<\/a>. The platform also partners with <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/crypto-com-signs-sponsorship-deal-with-ufc\">UFC<\/a>, Italy&#8217;s Serie A football, clubs <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/crypto-com-signs-sponsorship-deal-with-paris-saint-germain\">Paris Saint-Germain<\/a>, Philadelphia 76ers and Montreal Canadiens.<\/p>\n<p>In March, the cryptocurrency derivatives exchange FTX <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/ftx-to-secure-naming-rights-for-the-miami-heat-arena\">obtained naming rights<\/a> for the Miami Heat arena.<\/p>\n<p>In October, Coinbase <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/crypto-exchange-coinbase-signs-sponsorship-deal-with-the-nba\">became the NBA&#8217;s exclusive partner<\/a>.
