Over the past few months it <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/coinbase-expands-customer-support-staff-fivefold-after-user-complaints\">has increased<\/a> its customer-support staff fivefold. By the end of the year the company plans to provide round-the-clock telephone and messaging support.<\/p>\n<p>Agara\u2019s team will join Coinbase&#8217;s previously opened <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/coinbase-to-reward-hundreds-of-new-indian-hires-with-cryptocurrency\">technology center in India<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The parties did not disclose financial terms. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2021\/11\/01\/coinbase-acquires-indias-agara-for-over-40-million\/\">TechCrunch<\/a>, the purchase price is between $40 million and $50 million, with completion expected by the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in September Coinbase <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/coinbase-to-issue-1-5-billion-of-senior-notes-for-general-corporate-purposes-including-potential-ma\">announced a $1.5 billion bond issuance<\/a>.
