This was stated by the head of the ministry, Nikolai Shulginov, according to <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.rbc.ru\/economics\/14\/10\/2021\/616722b59a7947b3fa5a45e6\\\">RBC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the ministry is currently working on this issue.<\/p>\n<p>Shulginov emphasised the need for tariff differentiation. Otherwise, the volume of cross-subsidisation would have to be increased, which is unacceptable, the minister said.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the governor of Irkutsk Oblast Igor Kobzev <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/irkutsk-governor-complains-to-government-about-illegal-miners\">complained<\/a> to the government about miners consuming electricity for cryptocurrency mining at residential tariffs.
