The Bank of Russia identified signs of illicit activity on the financial market at 105 companies<\/a>, including a number of cryptocurrency projects.<\/p>\n

According to the regulator, the companies Bittrex-global, BITFLOWS, BITKORESH, Crypto Invest Club, IdleMiner, Miners Capital, Money Miner display signs of Ponzi schemes.<\/p>\n

The Bitford project shows signs of an illegal professional participant in the securities market.<\/p>\n

The regulatory framework does not provide for payments to victims by the Bank of Russia, the regulator said.<\/p>\n

In early September, the central bank added to its blacklist projects To The Mars, To The Moon \u0438 TTM Group<\/a> \u0412\u043b\u0430\u0434\u0438\u0441\u043b\u0430\u0432\u0430 \u0423\u0442\u0443\u0448\u043a\u0438\u043d\u0430. \u041e\u043d \u043d\u0435\u043e\u0434\u043d\u043e\u043a\u0440\u0430\u0442\u043d\u043e \u0432\u044b\u0445\u043e\u0434\u0438\u043b \u0432 live streams with the founder of the Finiko pyramid<\/a> for mutual promotion to attract a new audience. Later Utushkin stated that he has no relation to Doronin’s project.<\/p>\n

We hadn’t planned to analyse the activity of platforms and products of those with whom we conducted streams; growth was needed quickly, which in fact was a mistake, or perhaps not. We actually gained an audience,<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

He also said that he learned of his companies being added to the Central Bank of Russia’s blacklist on 7 September from internal community chats.<\/p>\n

In one of our products a referral model (MLM) is used, which the market perceives as toxic, although we do not promise income or profits. No one has even tried to understand how ours works<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

In his view, the current situation was provoked by \u00aborchestrated complaints\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Utushkin added that the project team is working on indicators of a pyramid scheme \u00abboth in the legal field and inside the products and their positioning\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Earlier in June, to the Central Bank of Russia’s list of organizations with signs of illegal activity on the financial market made it onto<\/a> MMM bitcoin, Crypto Security, Crypto Inc, Crypto-Max, CryptoNode, Imperial Crypto Market, Exchange-coindesk, Secret Crypto Deals, Tradeallcrypto, Grandeur Bitcoin Project, Crypton Broker, Cryptobase Inc, Cryptobull, CryptoKS, Cryptonode and others.<\/p>\n

In February, the central bank added to the blacklist the Ponzi scheme Finiko, whose damages, according to independent estimates, exceed $4 bn<\/a>.<\/p>\n
