According to <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2021-09-21\/goldman-coinbase-back-crypto-fund-manager-one-river-digital?utm_medium=social&#038;utm_content=crypto&#038;utm_source=twitter&#038;utm_campaign=socialflow-organic\\\">Bloomberg<\/a>, the companies raised $41 million in financing. Investors valued One River Digital at $186 million.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>The crypto-focused company is a subsidiary of One River Asset Management, which oversees about $2 billion in assets. Among One River Digital&#8217;s advisers is the former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission chairman <span data-descr=\\\"U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">SEC<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>At the end of last year One River Digital <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/billionaire-alan-howard-backs-hedge-fund-that-invested-600-million-in-bitcoin\">backed<\/a> British billionaire Alan Howard. He invested in the company&#8217;s funds and also took a stake in the business.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>Northern Trust serves as administrator of the One River Digital funds.
