Artist Monica Rizzolli earned 1,623 ETH (about $5.4 million at the time of the deal) from selling the NFT series “Fragments of an Infinite Field” on the Art Blocks marketplace. The Block reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Collection<\/a>, consisting of 1024 generative images<\/a>, was sold on September 13 in under an hour. The price for individual pieces started at 10 ETH.<\/p>\n

The seasons served as the primary parameter for the composition, determining the colors and phenomena depicted in the painting.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, some items from the collection were resold on OpenSea for 69 ETH (~$229,000). The cheapest lot on the secondary market is now listed at 13.4 ETH (~$44,500).<\/p>\n

According to Etherscan<\/a>, within a few hours after the sale, 1,623 ETH arrived in Monica Rizzolli’s wallet in three transactions.<\/p>\n

Famed NFT collectors Cozomo de\u2019 Medici and JDH spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on individual works.<\/p>\n
