The seller promised to deliver the equipment by July 12, 2019, but did not fulfil the obligations.<\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<p>The buyer sought to rescind the deal and recover from the defendant the amount of the advance payment, as well as interest for the use of the funds.<\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<p>The defendant did not agree with the plaintiff&#8217;s arguments. He claimed that he concluded the contract not with the woman, but with her son, who did not raise any complaints about the delivery of the equipment.<\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<p>The first-instance court granted the claimant&#8217;s demands and recovered from the defendant the amount of the advance payment and interest.<\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<p>The seller appealed the decision in the appellate court.
