He also oversaw the company&#8217;s operations in Southeast Asia. Before that, he served as head of strategy and business development for Uber in the Asia-Pacific region.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cI look forward to sharing our compelling story with a broader investor base as we begin our journey toward a <span data-descr=\"initial public offering\" class=\"old_tooltip\">IPO<\/span>,\u201d said Shroder.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In April<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/brian-brooks-to-lead-binance-us-unit\"> Binance.US hired as CEO<\/a> the former head of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency at the U.S. Treasury, Brian Brooks. In July<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/brian-brooks-resigns-as-binance-us-chief-executive-after-three-months\"> he left the company<\/a>, citing differences in views on the strategic direction of development.<\/p>\n<p>Later, media reports described a conflict between Brooks and Binance chief Changpeng Zhao.
