This was reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/tass.ru\/ekonomika\/12330327\">\u00ab\u0422\u0410\u0421\u0421\u00bb<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In his words, mining \u00ab\u043e\u0447\u0435\u0432\u0438\u0434\u043d\u043e\u00bb should be entered into the registry, assigned an appropriate code, and taxation introduced.<\/p>\n<p>Aksakov also noted that further discussions should be held for clearer regulation of digital currencies.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abWe still need to discuss the point that digital currency, in fact now, although we call it currency, is more often used as a financial instrument, a financial asset that is an object for investment, rather than used as a means of payment\u00bb, \u2014 added the official.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As noted, regulatory oversight of mining in Russia is currently absent.
