We put user experience first,\u201d said co-founder Forrest Browning in an interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/decrypt.co\/80086\/crypto-music-app-audius-ethereum-solana-nfts\">Decrypt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/defillama.com\/chain\/Solana\">DeFi Llama<\/a>, the value of assets locked in Solana DeFi apps surpassed $3.94 billion. The rise of NFT popularity on this blockchain has played a significant role as well. For example, the value of some tokens from the Degenerate Ape Academy collection <a href=\"https:\/\/solanart.io\/collections\/degenape\">reached<\/a> a million dollars.<\/p>\n<p>In August, the Solana token price <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/solana-token-price-tops-100\">surpassed the $100<\/a> mark, and on September 3 <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/solana-token-tops-140-to-hit-record-high\">hit a new high<\/a> above $140. Over the last month, SOL has risen by 312%, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coingecko.com\/en\/coins\/solana\">CoinGecko<\/a>.
