This was disclosed by the company&#8217;s chief financial officer, Makrina Kgil, Fortune reports.<\/p>\n<p>On August 30, 2021, the platform marked its tenth anniversary since launch. She did not disclose further details.<\/p>\n<p>In February Blockchain.com <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/blockchain-com-raises-120-million-in-round-led-by-google-ventures-and-other-macro-investors\">raised $120 million<\/a> in funding from macro-investors, including Moore Strategic Ventures, Google Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners.<\/p>\n<p>In March, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/former-obama-aide-joins-blockchain-com-board\">joined<\/a> the company&#8217;s board by former White House aide Jim Messina. In the same month the cryptocurrency exchange <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/blockchain-com-raises-300-million-at-a-5-2-billion-valuation\">raised $300 million<\/a> in a Series C, valuing the company at $5.2 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Later it emerged that in this round the Scottish asset manager <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/early-investor-in-google-and-tesla-invests-100-million-in-blockchain-com\">Baillie Gifford invested $100 million<\/a> in the platform.
