The company told ForkLog in a press release.<\/p>\n<p>The devices will add 165 PH\/s to its capacity. The acquired miners will be sent to Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n<p>BIT Mining Limited also reported progress expanding its business beyond China.<\/p>\n<p>According to the press release, 3,819 Bitcoin miners with a total capacity of 172 PH\/s are already operating in data centres in Kazakhstan, with a further 4,033 mining devices with 121 PH\/s capacity delivered to data centres in Kazakhstan and awaiting commissioning.<\/p>\n<p>BIT Mining Limited also began Ethereum mining outside the Chinese mainland with a hashrate of more than 86 GH\/s.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, BIT Mining Limited, formerly 500.com, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/jihan-wu-sells-btc-com-mining-pool-to-500-com\">bought the BTC.com mining pool<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In May, it emerged that the company <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bit-mining-limited-to-invest-over-9-million-in-mining-centre-in-kazakhstan\">invested in a data centre<\/a> for cryptocurrency mining in Kazakhstan.
