More than 100 complaints filed by depositors of the financial pyramid<\/a> ‘Finiko’. This was reported by RIA Novosti<\/a>, citing Ruslan Davletlyarov, head of the Department of Economic Security and Anti-Corruption at the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.<\/p>\n

“Nationwide, more than a thousand complaints have been filed,” Davletlyarov said, noting that the actual number of pyramid depositors is much higher.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The largest loss among the complainants amounts to 8 million rubles.<\/p>\n

“We have been monitoring this organization since it began operating. The Ministry of Internal Affairs has criteria for suspicious organizations: inflated interest yields, aggressive advertising, and several others. The company operated without a forex dealer licence and was not registered in state registries or tax authorities,” said Ruslan Davletlyarov.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

He added that, as a result of the investigation, accountability will extend not only to the organizers of Finiko but also to its participants who actively recruited into the pyramid.<\/p>\n
