Hackers steal patient data to fraudulently obtain insurance, expensive medicines, or devices such as powered wheelchairs.<\/p>\n<p>In July 2021, criminals breached 11 hospital servers and stole data for 4 million patients, because medical facilities lack a single protected solution to store and exchange information.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\\\"tracking_link\\\" href=\\\"https:\/\/radiologex.com\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">Radiologex<\/a> proposes to combat breaches and fraud with blockchain and end-to-end data encryption. In 2021 it launched the platform <a class=\\\"tracking_link\\\" href=\\\"https:\/\/radiologex.com\/rdee\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">R-DEE<\/a> for healthcare facilities. The company is finishing development of Authlogex, a security module that will help curb medical fraud.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\\\"wp-block-heading\\\">R-DEE \u2014 an advanced messenger for doctors<\/h2>\n<p>The main task of Radiologex is to provide doctors with a secure means of storing and transmitting patient information. To this end, the company developed the platform <a class=\\\"tracking_link\\\" href=\\\"https:\/\/radiologex.com\/rdee\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">R-DEE<\/a>. It uses the private Radiologex blockchain and consists of eight modules:<\/p>\n<ul class=\\\"wp-block-list\\\">\n<li>Connect \u2014 messaging, calls and video conferences with end-to-end encryption;<\/li>\n<li>Marketplace \u2014 a marketplace for medical goods with built-in escrow service and support for popular payment services;<\/li>\n<li>Settle \u2014 built-in wallet for the native token R-DEE and the RDGX stablecoin;<\/li>\n<li>Expert \u2014 search for doctors of a chosen specialty or providers of medical services;<\/li>\n<li>Scan \u2014 a viewer for medical images such as X-rays, CT scans or ultrasound results. Scan supports the DICOM data transfer protocol and works with the PACS architecture of medical systems;<\/li>\n<li>Manager \u2014 a platform for managing medical staff and consolidating patient data;<\/li>\n<li>Vault \u2014 a hybrid cloud storage that uses a distributed ledger and an advanced access-control system;<\/li>\n<li>Stream \u2014 a dedicated streaming platform for holding seminars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>End-to-end encryption protects data from interception, but a password remains a vulnerability. Hackers can gain access to an account through social engineering, phishing, or keyloggers.<\/p>\n<p>To protect against account breaches, Radiologex, together with Trusona <a class=\\\"tracking_link\\\" href=\\\"https:\/\/radiologex.com\/news\/radiologex-partners-with-trusona-to-bolster-user-authentication-security\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">developed<\/a> biometric authentication. Registration requires phone number verification and KYC. At the time of publication, only the Connect module was available to users. The other features are in the final stages of testing.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\\\"wp-block-heading\\\">Additional protection against account breaches<\/h2>\n<p>No platform can guarantee complete immunity to hacking. But additional security measures help prevent unauthorized access to data and reduce the impact of hacker attacks.<\/p>\n<p>To provide additional protection <a class=\\\"tracking_link\\\" href=\\\"https:\/\/radiologex.com\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">Radiologex<\/a> is developing the Authlogex module. It performs the following functions:<\/p>\n<ul class=\\\"wp-block-list\\\">\n<li>monitors who is authorized in R-DEE at any given moment;<\/li>\n<li>checks who viewed what information and for how long;<\/li>\n<li>enables auditing of access and information exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Examples of usage:<\/p>\n<ul class=\\\"wp-block-list\\\">\n<li>A user views documents for too many patients, which resembles data scraping. Authlogex will block access and compile a list of potentially compromised files;<\/li>\n<li>A hacker attacks the physical server hosting Radiologex&#8217;s blockchain. The company launches an additional node and replicates information to it from the blockchain;<\/li>\n<li>An unknown person gained access to patient data and used it for fraud. Authlogex will provide law enforcement with data on users who had access to the compromised information. Catching the criminals will be easier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\\\"wp-block-heading\\\">R-DEE integration in hospitals, monetization and STO<\/h2>\n<p>The platform is available on any internet-connected device, so hospitals do not need to purchase additional equipment. The only costs are the subscription for using <a class=\\\"tracking_link\\\" href=\\\"https:\/\/radiologex.com\/rdee\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">R-DEE<\/a>. The subscription cost depends on the modules used by staff:<\/p>\n<ul class=\\\"wp-block-list\\\">\n<li>FREE \u2014 includes access to the Connect messenger and the Marketplace. Suitable for secure communication among doctors and junior staff;<\/li>\n<li>Clinic \u2014 $50 per user per month. Includes Connect, Marketplace, Pay, Expert search and Stream. Helps doctors to collaborate and learn from one another;<\/li>\n<li>Vendor \u2014 $100 per user per month. Includes Connect, Marketplace, Pay and Expert. Subscription is needed for service providers, equipment and medicines;<\/li>\n<li>PRO \u2014 price depends on user requirements. Includes all modules, including Vault cloud storage and Scan. The subscription is suitable for medical systems, large organisations and staff in specialized departments such as radiology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Radiologex will share profits with RDG security-token holders. These tokens represent tokenized shares with quarterly dividends.<\/p>\n<p>The company plans to issue 100 million RDG at $1 per share. They can be bought on <a class=\\\"tracking_link\\\" href=\\\"https:\/\/radiologex.com\/STO\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">STO Radiologex<\/a> or by request to the email <a class=\\\"tracking_link\\\" href=\\\"mailto:invest@radiologex.com\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">invest@radiologex.com<\/a>. The minimum lot is $5,000 for US citizens and $2,500 for citizens of other countries.
