Therefore I plan to earn advertising revenue in bitcoin,\u201d the athlete explained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In his words, it is not possible to secure wealth for several generations of his family by relying on salary alone.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWhen you see KD [Kevin Durant], LeBron [James] and [Tom] Brady and want to provide for generations, you can&#8217;t do that in the sport and in the position I play,\u201d Barkley noted.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The footballer has participated in advertising campaigns for Toyota, Pepsi and Nike. According to journalist Joe Pompliano, Barkley earns more than $10 million a year from marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in April 2021, Kansas City player Sean Kalkin became the first in the NFL <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/american-football-player-to-be-paid-his-entire-salary-in-bitcoin\">to convert his entire salary to bitcoin<\/a>.
