The Zerion investment app has closed its Series A round of funding worth $8.2 million, ForkLog said in a press release.<\/p>\n
The round was led by European venture fund Mosaic Ventures, with participation from Placeholder, DCG, Lightspeed, Blockchain.com Ventures and other investors.<\/p>\n
The proceeds will be deployed to expand the team, accelerate product development, and roll out new features for users.<\/p>\n
According to the startup, more than 200,000 people worldwide use its services, and since the beginning of 2021 they have conducted transactions totaling more than $600 million.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2016, Zerion previously completed a seed round for its namesake investment app in 2019. The startup provides access to any DeFi assets for a global audience.<\/p>\n
Earlier, the Nansen raised $12 million<\/a> from venture firm Andreessen Horowitz and other investors.<\/p>\n
In July, NFT-marketplace<\/a> Mintable closed a Series A round of $13 million.<\/p>\n
