That conclusion is contained in the <a href=\"https:\/\/asic.gov.au\/regulatory-resources\/find-a-document\/consultation-papers\/cp-343-crypto-assets-as-underlying-assets-for-etps-and-other-investment-products\/\">consultative report<\/a> of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).<\/p>\n<p>In the document, the regulator allowed listing of such products on <span data-descr=\"Australian Securities Exchange\" class=\"old_tooltip\">ASX<\/span> subject to proper safeguards.
