The listing planned for June had to be postponed due to the <span data-descr=\"U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission\" class=\"old_tooltip\">SEC<\/span>&#8216;s review of its cryptocurrency business, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2021-06-24\/robinhood-ipo-plans-said-to-be-slowed-by-sec-review\">Bloomberg<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Robinhood <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/robinhood-files-for-ipo\">filed<\/a> with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission a filing for an IPO as early as March 24.<\/p>\n<p>According to the publication&#8217;s sources, the platform&#8217;s stock-market debut may ultimately not come until autumn.<\/p>\n<p>The app, launched three years ago, supports trading Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin SV, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic and Litecoin. In the first quarter, Robinhood&#8217;s user base grew by a factor of 5.6.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the platform faced regulatory complaints about outages and <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/robinhood-fails-to-dismiss-massachusetts-regulators-complaint\">marketing<\/a>. In March, Robinhood <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/robinhood-values-finra-settlement-at-26-6-million\">valued<\/a> the settlement of the dispute with <span data-descr=\"Agency regulating the activities of financial institutions\" class=\"old_tooltip\">FINRA<\/span> at $26.6 million.<\/p>\n<p>The company also <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/robinhood-at-the-centre-of-the-gamestop-dogecoin-and-reddit-trader-scandal\">found itself at the centre of the scandal<\/a> around GameStop, Dogecoin, and Reddit traders.
