Analysts suggested that residents of the United States traded the cryptocurrency at higher prices. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cCrypto holders in almost every country recorded the largest gains by year-end. It was then that American investors pulled away from the pack, and most of their profits came from activity on Coinbase,\u201d Chainalysis said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>China, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Russia rounded out the top five.
