Carter believes this will boost trust in them.<\/p>\n<p>States will begin to harness digital gold. The expert named the &#8216;chronic defaulters&#8217; from Eastern Europe and Latin America as the first in this list. <\/p>\n<p>According to Carter, there will be a unification of the regulatory framework for digital currencies, which will benefit Bitcoin.<\/p>\n<p>The great migration of hash rate from East to West will continue, the expert noted. It began before <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/china-criticises-bitcoin-and-mining-market-falls\">the criticism of mining by Chinese authorities<\/a> and has accelerated as a result of it <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/chinese-asic-miner-manufacturers-to-boost-shipments-to-kazakhstan-and-canada\">accelerated<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Miners have recognised the issue of the perception of Bitcoin mining and will become more active in <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/elon-musk-discusses-prospects-for-green-bitcoin-mining-with-miners\">disclosing information<\/a> about energy consumption, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/opinion-a-mining-ban-in-china-would-improve-bitcoin-minings-environmental-footprint\">using renewable energy sources<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/greenidge-generation-to-become-carbon-neutral\">buying &#8216;carbon credits&#8217;<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Carter is confident that Bitcoin mining <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/the9-to-acquire-the-green-mining-company-montcrypto\">on flared gas<\/a> will become an important trend in the next decade. This fuel could power all mining devices.<\/p>\n<p>The Coin Metrics co-founder noted that developed countries are increasingly recognising the need to communicate information about Bitcoin&#8217;s use-case scenarios.<\/p>\n<p>The launch <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/taproot-upgrade-backed-by-98-of-miners\">Taproot upgrade<\/a> is technically important, the expert says. More importantly is demonstrating Bitcoin&#8217;s ability to evolve in an orderly fashion.<\/p>\n<p>Most arguments against digital gold have been debunked. Questions remain about dependence on China and environmental impact. But their significance is waning, Carter said.<\/p>\n<p>Bitcoin has permeated culture. According to the Coin Metrics co-founder, for athletes and celebrities digital gold has become a way for them to make a name for themselves. Holders of the first cryptocurrency are also prepared for political careers. They want to confront the challenges facing Bitcoin.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abWe have had very interesting discussions with candidates for public office.
