USDC, with a market cap above $21 billion, ranked second after Tether (USDT).<\/p>\n<p>According to two sources The Block, Circle plans to go public via a <span data-descr=\\\"a company created for merging with a private firm seeking to go public\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">SPAC<\/span>, bypassing an IPO.
