LLC attracted $46.015 million from 80 investors. The minimum entry threshold was $10,000.<\/p>\n<p>According to the state <a href=\\\"https:\/\/icis.corp.delaware.gov\/eCorp\/EntitySearch\/NameSearch.aspx\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\\\">registry<\/a>, Cowen Digital Asset Investment Co. LLC was registered in Delaware on March 23, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The notice does not specify which investment strategy the fund will pursue: investing directly in cryptocurrency or backing industry-related companies.<\/p>\n<p>In early May, Cowen invested in <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/polysign-ripple-co-founders-blockchain-company-raises-53-million\">infrastructure startup PolySign<\/a> $25 million.
