My <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/4thAmendmentIsNotForSale?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#4thAmendmentIsNotForSale<\/a> Act will make it illegal for the government to buy your location data without a warrant.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Ron Wyden (@RonWyden) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RonWyden\/status\/1384884450014777348?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 21, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>According to the politician, the bill would not allow intelligence agencies to purchase data about Americans in the United States or abroad if they were obtained &#8220;by means of deception, hacking, breach of contract, privacy policy violations or terms of service.&#8221; The bill would also ban obtaining metadata about calls, emails and text messages without a court order.<\/p>\n<p>According to Wyden&#8217;s office, the bill has already received bipartisan support from 20 \u0434\u0430\u043d\u043d\u044b\u043c \u0441\u0435\u043d\u0430\u0442\u043e\u0440\u043e\u0432.<\/p>\n<p>Clearview AI chief executive Hoan Ton-Tet [Hoan Ton-That] says the company operates within the law.
