The tokens will allow users to purchase a fractional share \u2014 a portion of one share.<\/p>\n<p>Token holders are entitled to potential dividends in line with shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>Trading of COIN is not available to residents of mainland China, Turkey, and several other jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p>Changpeng Zhao stressed that many exchanges refrain from listing Binance Coin because they do not want to help a competitor. At Binance, by contrast, they will not miss out on strong volumes or community-backed coins.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-conversation=\"none\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Some exchanges resist listing <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/bnb?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#bnb<\/a> as they think it may help <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/binance?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@binance<\/a>. Their loss. They miss out on the 3rd market cap coin and ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>We evaluate\/list peer exchange coins same as any other coin. If they have users, we list. This [direct listing of Coinbase] will open doors for other businesses.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"wp-block-text-wrappers-update article_update\"><span class=\"gtb_text-wrappers_update_head\">Update: <\/span><\/p>\n<p>FTX exchange delisted the CBSE\/USD contract, which tracks Coinbase\u2019s expected share price. Each CBSE was converted into 1.0452 COIN \u2014 a new contract tracking Coinbase\u2019s market capitalization with 261.3 million shares outstanding. If the shares in circulation at the close of the first trading session align with this figure, the COIN contract will be converted into tokenised Coinbase shares on a 1:1 basis without changing the ticker. If not, FTX will recalculate the ratio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Two days earlier <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/binance-to-list-tokenised-tesla-shares\">Binance added tokenised Tesla stock to its listings.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Coinbase direct listing on Nasdaq is set for April 14.
