At present, the company&#8217;s computational capacity is estimated at 4 EH\/s.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;Riot continues to increase the company&#8217;s and the United States&#8217; share in the Bitcoin network hashrate.&#8221;<\/em>, \u2014 said Megan Brooks, Chief Operating Officer of Riot Blockchain.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Earlier, Riot Blockchain planned to raise this to <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/riot-blockchain-to-buy-15000-asic-miners-from-bitmain-for-35-million\">to 3.8 EH\/s<\/a> by the end of 2021.<\/p>\n<p>With the deployment of the ordered equipment, Riot&#8217;s device fleet will total 81,150 Antminer miners, 95% of which are the latest-generation S19 model.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in August 2020 Riot <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/riot-blockchain-to-buy-bitmain-miners-for-17-7-million\">concluded<\/a> a contract with Bitmain to purchase 8,000 Antminer S19 Pro for $17.7 million, and subsequently <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/riot-blockchain-to-buy-another-5100-bitcoin-miners-from-bitmain-for-11-2-million\">acquired<\/a> 5,100 devices for $11.2 million.<\/p>\n<p>In October, the company <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/riot-blockchain-buys-new-batch-of-antminer-units-for-6-1m\">paid<\/a> another 2,500 units of S19 Pro.
