Email correspondence among SEC staff will not be disclosed. The SEC must now explain to the Court how a \u00abdigital currency\u00bb transformed to a \u00abdigital security.\u00bb That explanation is part of the batch of documents the parties will be fighting over today.<\/p>\n<p>PS.
