Over the day the asset rose 17.7%, according to CoinGecko.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-text-wrappers-update article_update\"><span class=\"gtb_text-wrappers_update_head\">Update: <\/span><\/p>\n<p>XRP reached a three-year high above $0.80. Among them were <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/galaxy-digital-halts-support-for-ripple-token-amid-sec-lawsuit\">Galaxy Digital<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bitstamp-halts-xrp-trading-for-us-customers-as-token-price-resumes-decline\">Bitstamp<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/otc-platform-b2c2-halts-xrp-trading-for-u-s-residents\">B2C2<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/coinbase-and-okcoin-halt-xrp-trading-amid-sec-lawsuit\">Coinbase and OKCoin<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>In March 2021 the regulator said that <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/sec-exchanges-are-not-violating-rules-by-listing-xrp\">exchanges were not breaking the rules<\/a>, selling XRP. Later Ripple chief Brad Garlinghouse said he expected <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/brad-garlinghouse-does-not-rule-out-reviving-talks-with-the-sec\">to discuss the token&#8217;s status <\/a>with Gary Gensler after his appointment as SEC chair.<\/p>\n<p>On 3 April attorney James Filan said that agreements between Ripple and the SEC regarding the company&#8217;s documents had been reached.
