The yield to maturity will be around 6.3%.<\/p>\n<p>Trades are conducted in US dollars with T+2 settlement [simple_tooltip content=\u2019\u0432\u0441\u0435 \u0440\u0430\u0441\u0447\u0435\u0442\u044b \u043f\u0440\u043e\u0445\u043e\u0434\u044f\u0442 \u043d\u0430 \u0432\u0442\u043e\u0440\u043e\u0439 \u0440\u0430\u0431\u043e\u0447\u0438\u0439 (\u0442\u043e\u0440\u0433\u043e\u0432\u044b\u0439) \u0434\u0435\u043d\u044c\u2019]\u0422+2[\/simple_tooltip]. The par value of one security is $1,000.<\/p>\n<p>Access is provided through the clearing and settlement infrastructure of MOEX\u2019s subsidiary non-bank credit organization, the Clearing Center MOEX.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in March, Telegram <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/telegram-raises-1-billion-via-bond-issue\">attracted over $1 billion from the sale of convertible bonds<\/a>. Pavel Durov confirmed this information.<\/p>\n<p>The largest investors in Telegram were funds from the United Arab Emirates \u2014 Mubadala Investment Company and Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners.
